As a part of its annual International Women’s Month celebrations, Hard Rock International, in association with Coca-Cola, has come up with the “Women Empower” series. Spotlighting Women in Music: Micro-Documentaries and Special Events

The “Women Empower” series features micro-documentaries throughout March, focusing on six influential women from various roles in the global music industry. These documentaries provide an intimate look into their creative journeys, inspirations, challenges, and triumphs. The selected women include Janelle Abraham (Director/Film Producer), Kat Luna (Singer/Songwriter), Minami Minami (Composer/Dancer/Singer), Claire Murphy (Guitar Tech), Mayna Nevarez (CEO & Founder, Nevarez Communications), and Wendy Ong (Co-President/CMO, TaP Music).

This year’s theme highlights the often-overlooked contributions of women working behind the scenes in the music industry. The stories of these women will be shared with audiences worldwide, offering inspiring narratives that not only celebrate their accomplishments but also provide a deeper understanding of the industry. This initiative amplifies the voices of women who are not just performers but also integral parts of the industry’s fabric, from production to promotion.
