To further cater to the demand, 21 extra special trains were introduced, and 141 additional coaches were deployed across 53 regular trains throughout March, ensuring that there was enough capacity to accommodate the rush.

With a focus on passenger well-being, approximately 55-60 Civil Defence volunteers were deployed from 26th February to 4th March at major stations. Inclusive Travel Measures for a Diverse Range of Passengers

Recognizing the diverse needs of passengers, Indian Railways made significant efforts to provide inclusive services. Staff at Anand Vihar and Ghaziabad Junctions were available to help guide these passengers, ensuring they experienced hassle-free travel despite the increased volume.
